The Champion Bumper a National Hunt flat race run over two miles and 110 yards and is the last race on day two of the Cheltenham Festival.
Irish trainer Dermot Weld is better known for training flat horses, notably winning the Melbourne Cup twice, but he has two horses heading the betting for the Champion Bumper in 2010. Elegant Concorde and Hidden Universe will line up for Weld at the festival and bid to make it seven wins in a row for the Irish in the race. Drumbaloo has recieved significant support in the ante-post betting and will be ridden by Robert Thornton.
